The service was great! They set up a time to come and were in and out, and did everything! I didn't have to lift a finger. Have used this delivery service more than once!

The home delivery crew did an excellent job bringing our freezer in--it's a tight space and they took the time to make it work, and get it set up exactly where we wanted it with no issues. Definitely glad I orderdthis service!

Our refrigerator was delivered on 9/8/25 and the two gentleman were extremely professional, helpful and respectful of our home. We opted for just drop off. When we realized our new refrigerator didn’t have a power cord. I called them thinking it was on the truck and they came back and realized it was defective. They took it back for us and had Geek Squad call us. The delivery was the only positive thing about this purchase. It went downhill from there.

Not happy at all with the company who delivers our dryer. Had to return three times. Could not understand the two people who came the first time. They did not know how to hook up the gas dryer, nor would I let them. I showed them where the shut off valve was for the gas and they did not believe me. They were on the phone with two different times with people and they wanted hand me their phone to speak with someone and when I could not, because I was on a phone meeting myself, they walked out of my basement, I was thinking they were waiting for me to be done, when I got done , 10 minutes later, I walked out and they were gone with my new driver. They did not even tell me they were leaving. I was astonished, so I finally got hold the Geek squad and they informed me they had to get into their next stop. What! They did not finish this stop. I got the dryer back 5days later but it was now dented. I called and had another one delivered, 7 days later. This one was nice. The first row trips, the team did not use the lift gat on their big truck, they just slide it down the back. Not the safest nor proper way to delivery large products. I did my installation fee refunded, but aggrevation of dealing with Best Buy, and the method of which you need to contact people is ridiculous, and knowing that the delivery people are not Best Buy employees, I will not buy anything that requires delivery from Vest Buy in th future. Very poor process on their part!

Every time I buy a appliance all the delivery guys and installers were very nice and knew what they were doing. They all did a wonderful job.
