Home delivory and install was bumby but great.

I was only 5 mins away. I had to call and ask for a new scheduled delivery and ask to be notify before delivery. The second time was better when they came and called ahead the installation was good but they was unable to connect it to the water since i was unable to turn off the water. I then attempted to install myself and they assisted me with that and said they dont recommended it but still helped me. I recommend thos fridge since its a samsung and has a waranty and works great with other samsung products.

No one else can top them. The sales force is friendly and knowledgeable. The TV was delivery, white glove service, as stated. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much Best Buy! We'll be back.
