I started the process of ordering a Frigidaire washer z dryer center. However, the sales person talked me in to switched to s stackable LG set. While waiting to get it delivered I changed it back to the Frigidaire center. When it was delivered and my old unit removed I realized the washer wouldn’t work. It was going to be almost a month before they could deliver a new Frigidaire. This left me with no washer or dryer. The store told me that the GE was the same. The GE was delivered with huge dents and the entire front had a THICK scratch down the front of washer and dryer. I refused the delivery. About another week later another GE was brought out with smaller dents and scratches. I told them to just leave it for me to try. At one point the knob on the cold water turnoff was broken. It cost me $195 to get a plumber out to repair the knob. Still hasn’t been compensated for. I tried to use the GE but found it had no sound that dryer was done. I’ve never used dryer sheets but the only way to get extremely bad wrinkles out of cloth was to use the sample the delivered with the W/D Center. I ran them back through rinse and they still had wrinkles. I went back to store to order the Frigidaire W/D center which took almost 3 weeks to get. The day the last replacement Frigidaire was scheduled to be delivered to tell me there was s scheduling issues and couldn’t be delivered until Saturday because someone didn’t process the install out to be picked up by a delivery team. Also, when they removed the 1st Frigidaire they took the new metal wrapped water hoses and I had to go back to store to get them replaced. So you can see the nightmare this has all been. The store Manager and Manager on Duty were good to work with but there wasn’t a lot they could do since they use outside delivery companies since They don’t use Geek Squad to do installs any longer. I had Total Tech when I purchased originally. I have had Total Tech for years. Which hasn’t changed except for appliances.

I needed a 65' TV delivered. Best Buy kept me informed and up to date on the delivery. They brought the TV in the time frame promised. GREAT SERVICE.

I had to get a redelivery because the original drivers damaged the appliance while bringing it in. They thought I didn't notice and tried to have me sign that everything in the delivery was ok. Best Buy was quick to reschedule a delivery with ease.

The delivery was early in the time range. Removal of the old stove and the install of the new one was done by very careful and nice delivery people. It was done fast and efficiently and the whole experience was 100% easy for us.

I've had the fridge for 6 years now. In the past year, the handle keeps falling off, and have to screw it back in. Also the back wall keeps leaking into the meat drawer and ice forms under both drawers. I know I have to shut it down and heat up the back, as it must be iced up in there. Waiting til winter so I can keep my food on the deck whilst I try and fix.
