We had a dishwasher and TV delivered and what great delivery guys! It was very cold and and I answered the door to a crew of men with smiles on their faces! Asked me where I wanted them and were just so pleasant! What great people! Really appreciate the friendly service!

Bought LG fridge online, it was delivered and installed 2 days later. The installers were very professional and did an excellent job. They hauled away the old fridge and cleaned up very nicely.

It was good for a few weeks shy of 5 years. We purchased this refrigerator in 2020 and just last week we noticed the bottom freezer wasn’t working properly. My husband took the thawed out food and noticed water sitting at the bottom. We googled questions about why that might be happening and it said something about a sensor. We ordered the sensor and just like maintenance part but nothing worked. I still can’t believe it’s not working anymore. It’s not even 5 years old! I remember having refrigerators that lasted 10-15 years or more. I’m extremely disappointed because I had purchased all my Samsung appliances to match but now I will definitely not be buying Samsung products again. I have everything Samsung but first my dryer went out & now my refrigerator and both were less than 5 years old. What a waste of money. I’m extremely dissatisfied with Samsung at this point. Definitely not buying that brand again.

The whole Home Delivery process, from start to end, was perfect and flawless. Best Buy has really taken the time to get this process near perfect, if not perfect. They included important information prior to placing the order for home delivery, with plenty of FAQ type info. Although the scheduling time frames are a little wide, split into two 6 hr chunks, that's hardly an issue. This is easily resolved with the added ability to add your number and get messaging about your incoming delivery. I got message reminders prior, day of, when the delivery truck was near by and an estimated time was given too. Given the option to choose where you want the delivery to be dropped off, such as your garage, entrance or outside. Finally, the delivery men were 10/10. Courteous and knowledgeable. They did a great job being careful with our appliance and brought it in to our front room. They also made sure to leave all relevant documentation. Very well thought of process, great job Best Buy!

The home delivery guys were a little late 15min understandable due to it being the holiday season so I look past that because they made up for it by being apologetic and very fast and professional, installing my washer and dryer making proper connections and adjustments within a hour...

The delivery guy I got was prompt, came in quickly, made sure I didn't need anything else, and rolled out. It was as close to a perfect delivery as I can imagine, thanks

The delivery crew were very courteous from first contact to post install. They called when in route, which I greatly appreciated the heads up. They were professional, on time, and demonstrated the washer and dryer use.

The guys called me 30 mins before getting here to give me a heads up. They were on time, polite came and looked at old unit and hookup then asked if I was keeping the old one or if they were taking it. Moved it to allow me to clean behind and under it. Came back with his partner and carried it out, then rather quickly dropped the new one off hooked it up and explained the machine quickly and was gone. Took about 15 mins. Great and so easy. Thank you
