Delivered as promised, polite driver, no complaints

Great delivery, on time, considerate, professional.

Bought a new TV and it arrived today, we love the new tv! But I gotta give a huge shout out to the delivery guy, Josue aka ‘Skinny’ as he told us. He was super friendly, funny, and all around fun. I didn’t catch the name of his delivery partner but same goes for him as well! Additionally they were incredibly timely, too! It’s awesome to experience people who genuinely love customer interaction and being helpful. I know it’s not an easy job, but their attitudes were so positive and contagious.

Workers were quick, efficient, and friendly. Took the fridge into my apartment, unboxed it, and plugged it in for me.

Had a 65' TV delivered during a snow storm (not on purpose obviously just bad timing). Guys who delivered kept me updated and 30 mins prior. Zero complaints. Work horses and awesome guys man. Highly recommend.

I was having trouble getting delivery to my home address. I worked with customer service to secure alternate delivery options. I did a store delivery and picked it up from Bestbuy. The delivery team helped load the product into my vehicle and off I went.

Cost was reasonable, they came in and installed refrigerator quickly. Very friendly delivery staff.

I wanna recognize customer service. Even though i had to reschedule a delivery date, customer service had my best interest at hand. They made sure i was taken care of and remain a valued customer. The stove i ordered came clean and intact. And performes as it should.

Delivery team was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. They were also on time which made the whole delivery and install an easy process. Would definitely recommend using the installation and delivery team for home appliances in the future

Took two minutes. Very kind and professional. No signature required, they just took a picture. Getting smarter. A little excessive with all of the phone calls and emails reminding me but I imagine if they did less they would have more unsuccessful deliveries. So it's all good actually.

I was very pleased with the delivery service of my dryer. They came when they said they would, took away my old dryer, installed the new one all within a very short time period. They were nice and friendly and I would highly recommend Best Buy's home delivery people.

the guys who delivered this were awesome quick and in and out in no time. and even though i told them to just leave it in the living room they insisted upon bringing it closer to where i plug it in etc.....

I didn't want to have to pay for this, but due to time constraints I wasn't able to go get the dishwasher myself. The installers brought it and did an excellent job removing all of the cardboard, packaging, and shipping materials and taking that stuff away.
