The dryer was delivered within a day of the order. Install was on time and quick. We were kept informed regarding delivery schedules.

The geek squad installer was very professional in the installation of the large 77" inch television. His technique to install the tv was exactly how its professionally done. I am glad i had Best Buy install the tv because i doubt i would have been able to get the tv in position as well as the professional.

New issues. The driver (Mitch) kept me informed on arrival time. Arrived on time. No damage to the box either!

We had a new washer/dryer set delivered and installed in home on the 2nd floor. Excellent service.

The crew was excellent in their communication with me on the day of delivery. They did a wonderful job of getting the fridge set up and in place in our kitchen. They were also very knowledgeable on what to expect and how to operate our new appliance. They cleaned up and were back on the road in little time after everything was taken care of. Much better job than other deliveries I've had in the past from different businesses.

Would recommend home delivery if you have no other option to get it to your house they were very professional

Awesome delivery and installation team. They were in and out in 20 minutes for a washer and dryer combo. No issues since.

They were running late, but called and let me know. They brought the item in the house and placed it where I needed/out of the way since I was not installing it for a couple of days. They were very courteous and wore their masks while in the house to comply with the mandate.

The home delivery was outstanding. The driver and his assistant were courteous and prompt... I was searching for a review option on my cell phone, but did it this way instead.

Best Buy delivery is great, no complaints. I have had a refrigerator and washer/dryer combo delivered and installed. The guys I had the pleasure of working with had excellent communication. No issues with delivery, no damage to appliances or surrounding areas. They install and check that everything works properly, and they do it quickly and efficiently.

Great delivery experience! Pretty fast and on time from dates given. I was updated all along the way by Best Buy and the two delivery guys. I sure wish I remember their names but it's been almost 2 years since I purchased a Washer and Dryer and had it delivered. They were very accommodating and took their time to move them from the truck even though it was scratched moderately when moving. They immediately gave us contact number to rectify. I would definitely not hesitate to use their delivery services again
