They gave me a 10 minute warning call & carefully brought the TV in for us. Would definitely do again since it was much less of a hassle then trying to figure out getting it home ourselves!

Very quiet and efficient. Today it decided to die. It is giving a pump error. Currently working with Geek Squad to see if the warranty we purchased will do the job, of brining it back, or we are buying a new machine.
