The delivery was very smooth. The gentlemen were very professional and did a great job bring the refrigerator into the house and installed the water line.

Top notch srv with our GeekSquad warranty. They sent a tech to diagnose the problem and apparently the part cost and labor they opted to swap it out even-steven, full refund for purchase price, pick something fairly close but an upgrade at no cost or apply your refund to an upgraded TV at a discount. I was kept in the loop the entire| time in lusing texts form each tech to let us know he was on his way. Everyone was professional and courteous. I opted to upgrade and purchased another 5 year plan. It's worth every penny.

The home delivery of our new 75”TV from Beat Buy was seamless. A time was set and the TV was delivered right on time. The two guys delivering were excellent and friendly. Great experience.

Home delivery is very good, but it obviously depends on which driver and delivery crew you get. In every case where the delivery happened, the crew was very professional. In one case, the driver showed up but didn't complete the delivery on the grounds that my large refrigerator needed either a special dolly or one more person on the crew. The people who did complete the deliveries, on multiple occasions were professional, thorough, did installations properly, and cleaned up. The only thing is that they weren't trained on what stays and what gets thrown away. I was able to stop one person after he crumbled up my warranty card but before he threw it away, but Best Buy needs to train all crews to leave behind any paperwork that comes with anything, and dispose of packaging only. In the instance where the delivery did not happen, I can't blame Best Buy because I doubt that the person was following company policy. But the failure to know to leave all paperwork is a general training issue.

Love Best Buy have purchased Insignia Stand Up freezer, Westinghouse TV, Samsung Smart Oven and other products over the last few years and have never had any issues, looking forward to the new smart TV and surround sound system arriving soon. Delivery has always been exceptional. Super excited.
