The delivery crew was professional, fast, and took care when delivering the new appliance. The fit was tight and these guys took care of business. They arrived when they said they would. Well worth the money!

I like home delivery. Beats lugging it around. They need to get some better people that can read an instruction however.

Best Buy Home Delivery has always been excellent, most recently for new oven, then a fridge and dishwasher. The oven didn't quite fit but the installer said he wasn't going to leave until he got it in. And he did!! The fridge required peeling back a bit of molding and again the installer figured it out and did it really professionally.

The Best Buy delivery guys were amazing. They were on time, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. They handled the delivery carefully and made sure everything was set up properly before leaving. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall.

Smooth delivery, great service, installation went well

Home delivery was promised within the window of time. We had some confusion because the first group did not tell us of the protective clear coating that was not peeled off. We reported flaws in the corner of the front door and when the second group came he asked to see our fridge and pointed out the plastic coating. That eliminated the flaw because it was on the plastic covering.

Delivery was very good, wish you had more evening hour options to accommodate working people but we made it work

The first time the men came to set up everything, they were in a BIG hurry. I went to the store and spoke to the manager who set up another time for a (different) tech to come. Two men showed up and took their time and didn't leave until everything was installed correctly and working perfectly!
