The duo that delivered and installed our refrigerator was excellent. Extremely careful moving the refrigerator to the second floor and installed everything clean and quick.

Delivery was prompt, courteous and professional. I was impressed. They put the appliance exactly where I wanted it and even removed the packing materials.

After making the microwave purchase from Best Buy, we decided to have them deliver it as well. I was called about 10 - 15 minutes beforehand saying they were on their way. Two gentlemen arrived and placed the box where I asked. My only complaint is that they had a very strong smell of smoke. Like they just smoked a pack of cigarettes before walking into my home. I could have done without that. Aside from that, everything went well.

Delivery service team did a great job. Very professional and courteous. They also made sure there was no damage to our home in the delivery with preventative measures including turning off water main and using straps to carry new fridge in instead of a dolly.

Home delivery of one of two apartment sized washers went well. The first delivery team removed the old machine in the basement and installed the new one in the basement with no problems. They were even quick to inform us that unfortunately, the second of the machines which was destined for the second floor, was dented, so a second delivery had to be arranged. Both deliveries went well, but the second delivery team said it was not their job to actually hook up the washer. They left that (including lifting up the stacked dryer) to us... So the first team get 5 stars and the second team only gets 2 stars for an average of 3 stars.

The home delivery service was great. The driver kept me updated about his delivery progress and updated the delivery time. They were very friendly and professional when they arrived with the delivery of a large screen TV.

**NOTE: This review applies to my first delivery team only. Our second delivery for the exchange item is scheduled for September 29.** The crew was friendly, and VERY efficient. Of course they verified all doorway openings to be adequate for bringing in the new gas range first. They had our old electric range out of the house in a jiffy, and loaded on to the delivery/haul away truck. The new range was quickly brought in, and the team leader quickly went over the procedure for turning on the oven for the first time after installation. They pointed out that our range was missing some control knobs, and quickly called their hotline to Best Buy to place an order for the missing control knobs. I was impressed with their thoroughness.

The Geek Squad delivery team called ahead with a precise ETA. When they arrived, they were incredibly helpful in finding the perfect spot for my new TV, cleaned up thoroughly after themselves, and communicated with politeness and respect throughout the process.

Works well. Looks nice. Fits well in space with spacers. However, recently it has intermittently stopped making beeping noises when buttons are pressed and when the food is ready.

Good price for a new machine. I was expecting to pay more given the tariffs. It was the cheapest dark color washer machines out of all the major brands. The last samsung washer last me 9 years. I hope this one last a little longer, time will tell. I love how this one allows you to customize how many rinse cycles within the different modes. Delivery people were great.
