Cristian and Manuel ( delivery and installation ) were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient gentlemen.

The that installed and removed the old fridge were very careful with door trims and flooring. Very good service.

I love the refrigerator and recommend it! Spacious and looks great in the kitchen. I wanted a side by side so i could organize the freezer instead of just throwing stuff and piling it in not know what was in the section half the time.

I had to inform the installer’s that they have to bring the microwave and they said they didn’t have it. We had to reschedule and I had to call Best Buy and order the microwave again. Then reschedule the install. Once they arrived the installed the microwave, but I didn’t order the install kit for the microwave so, it didn’t look nice. I wish Best Buy would have informed me I needed the kit. So I ordered the kit. The kit took 2 weeks to get here and I installed the kit myself.

Delivery was on time and very friendly guys would recommend

We had combo washer and dryer installations done and the crew they sent did a great job. The installation went smoothly, they tested the water lines and showed communicated throughout the time in our house.

I had some exterior and interior electronics installed using my Best Buy membership. Anthony & Trent were great and knowledgeable. After Anthony assessed all the devices with the home, he noticed I needed an upgrade from what I bought for them to install. It was great he had the upgrade on his truck, in case I agreed I needed that device. He was able to take care of everything in one visit. They were careful but quick and did a quality job. Thank you, Anthony & Trent!

When online shopping through Best Buy, I often choose the same day delivery option due to its low cost. Haven’t had an issue to date.

Home delivery is a must for me when I purchase new appliances. It is a driving factor in WHICH big-box store (Best Buy, Lowes, etc) I choose. The only down side to any home delivery is the often large window of time they tell you they will come (e.g., 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM); however, that is consistent between all of the big-box stores.

Seamless experience! In a time where the customer service experience as a whole could see some tweaking, working with Best Buy for delivery was a pleasant surprise. Delivery scheduling was 7 days and we received our product within 7 days. Reminder call was received In the evening the night before and the associate was professional, positive and efficient. Delivery day call came within 1 hour of arrival which gave us plenty of time to corral the animals and make sure we were presentable. Both associates were polite, clean and well groomed. They used the correct safety equipment for heavy lifting and honored the Covid 19 protection steps. Both were efficient and knowledgable. The only suggestion I would make is to place the reminder call before 4:30pm. This would have saved me the call I placed at 4:45pm to inquire if I was still receiving a delivery. It had been 7 days since the purchase.

The delivery and installation were seamless. The staff knew exactly what to do and were extremely quick and efficient.

The washer is a learning curve, It's a nice washer, love the glass top. Doesn't show rinse cycle so you have to guess the cycle. They recommend you use a downy ball.,but I'm not a fan of them. So it does have its flaws, but it works for what I need. The delivery guys were awesome. Great service.

The delivery was easy. I needed up getting a notification to review my delivery details and I realized that it took an old address of mine. Geek squad was able to help and get the my current address as my primary so I won’t have this issue again.
