Best Buy does it right. From the ease of visiting their website, making an informed purchase. The TV purchase was simple, communication was great before and after. The delivery guys took good care of our shipment and put it exactly where we wanted it placed. Besides that, they were ahead of schedule. What more can you ask for.

The technician who delivered and installed our new Samsung refrigerator were very professional and efficient. They were also very careful when moving the fridge inside the house taking all the precautions to ensure a flawless installation. They were also very knowledgeable and quick to answer all of our questions regarding use and gave us great tips for proper maintenance of our new fridge.

We have been happy with our Maytag clothes dryer that we bought on September 8, 2025 and are getting used to it as it was a little bit different than our previous 18 year old one. One thing I do like about it is the larger space door to put clothes in and take out when dry later. Also the lint does collect better to the screen so it doesn't fall back inside and this prevents less cleaning in this area.

The two gentlemen that came for delivery were amazing!!! Not only did they take their time to make sure everything fit properly and cleaned up nicely, but also had knowledge of the product and helped me understand certain things and gave me tips on future things instead of them being issues. Two great guys I wish I had them to deliver all my stuff in the future.

The freezer would not fit in my SUV. My options were to get a home depot truck rental or pay 99.00 for delivery. I live about 40 minutes from the store. It was more convenient for me to pay for BestBuy delivery and wait a few days. Theybwere in time during thebassigned time, as well as I could track their location. They took the box the freezer came with as well sobi did not have to dispose of it.
