I had a delivery for a mini fridge, and I was out of town for Thanksgiving. I was easily able to reschedule, as the representatives were very helpful and understanding of my situation. The fridge arrived on time and was properly taken care of, as advertised

Best Buy delivered a Samsung French door fridge to my small San Francisco home. There is no way I could’ve managed hauling away the old huge fridge. I appreciate the installers were professional, no small chitchat— sometimes that makes me nervous. He came to measure the path upstairs first, then quickly removed the doors of the old fridge, but the stairs was a tight fit & took them many tries. I could tell it was a frustrating process but they did not complain, they tried different strategies. The new fridge works well & they cleaned up well.

The guys were punctual, efficient, and friendly. Everything was installed perfectly and the old machines hauled away without issue. I think they got a kick out of just how excited I was by my new washer and dryer.

Our TV’s were delivered with care. Both worked well out of the box. I would definitely recommend the delivery.

The 2 man crew called about 15 minutes before arrival. They delivered quickly and safely into the space and both were very friendly. 10/10 would use the home delivery service for large appliances again.

The s90d OLED 77 is an amazing TV with fantastic colors. I would reach rank it in the top 5 TVs available in 2024! Best buy Geek squad installation was also very good and communicative. My HDMI cables were a little short when the TV was mounted, and they took the time to reorganize then to make it work out!

Delivery was seamless I didn’t have to do anything and the drivers were texting updates throughout the process even before they got to me
