Delivery guys were prompt and professional. They arrived a bit earlier than the delivery window but gave plenty of notice beforehand.

I was his final delivery of the day, and even when we had to access and turn off the main water line to the house to install the ice maker, Roberto maintained good humor and total professionalism. The installation went smoothly. He was polite, friendly and efficient. A fine representative of your company.

Great job delivering my TV. Guys were very professional and helpful.

ESCOBAR Deliveries were fabulous. Arrived on time, were friendly & professional. My hook ups weren't to code and they took care of that for an extra charge. They even helped replace my faucet! They were done within the hour and showed me how my new dishwasher operated. Again they were really wonderful.

Our delivery team was on time, communicative, and VERY professional throughout the process. Took their time and made sure everything worked right for us.

The time window was very accurate and the closer they got the more updated the time frame was. The men delivering the item were very helpful and happy to do their job. Will definitely order for home delivery again!

Very professional and friendly - I never got the feeling these guys didn't know what they were doing and in fact were training a 3rd new person. I got to watch them teach how to use proper tools to properly lift and as a person who hurth his back at work many years ago, I can appreciate that. They didn't sent too few people with no knowledge - quite the opposite. I'd sent these guys to my mom's in a heartbeat.

Delivery expectations were managed well. Driver was on time and I was kept up to date via emails and text notifications. The installer was professional and courteous. Machine was not damaged and installed to standards. No trash was left behind. Glad we had delivery & install on appliance!

Delivery guys were professional and didn't rush to leave. Took the time to put the TV legs on correctly without stripping the screws. Cleaned up and put the giant box in my garage for me. Much better service than the first guys that delivered a damaged TV and tried to get out of here as quick as possible.

My fridge was delivered with ease and care. I was surpised at how quick it arrived as well.

On time and Professional, very courteous employees and they were kind enough to bring the Tv al the way to my Basement. Only Suggestion please provide your employees with some shoe cover to walk into your customer's home, so they don't leave foot steps every where. But over all is a minor issue that I am confident Best Buy will rely to 3rd party delivery company. Thank you
