Home delivery worked great! They delivered my 65" TV perfectly on time, during the expected window that was provided. The crew carried the TV up the stairs to my apartment and were very polite. Strongly recommend using the home delivery option.

Very happy with the delivery service for my 85 inch TV. Though it cost $50, it was well worth it. It would have cost me more money for a truck rental, gas, time etc. The crew was very nice and placed box where I wanted it and it was delivered at the time they indicated.

Best Buy has an awesome home delivery team. The washer wasn't in good shape when it arrived - the box was fine, but the cabinet of the washer wasn't square at all. There was no fuss - they verified it worked well enough to use until a replacement could be delivered. The second washer was as bad or worse, but the final washer was mint. They were fast, careful, and took care with the install.
