The delivery process was definitely in a timely manner I loved the whole process!!

Delivery guys called within 10 minutes of my requested delivery time and 10 minutes later, they were bringing in the 65-inch TV. I couldn't have brought it home in my car and I don't own a truck. The driver and assistant were professional, quick with their work, and on their way after I signed for the delivery.

I had Best Buy deliver and install my new dryer. When I bought the dryer online, I was given information that my dryer would be delivered in two days, which was great. Even though my delivery window was 7a-7p, that morning I got texts letting me know they were on their way, and they also called. The two delivery guys were great.

Very happy with the purchase to replace my daughter’s microwave. It seems it’s wise to replace instead of repairing one you have had for 10 years. The headache was extra drilling to install. But, the delivery and installation went well.

The delivery persons worked well. They delivered on time and installed all appliances. All work well.

The guys were very professional and courteous. They unboxed the freezer and placed it right where it was supposed to go and plugged it in. They even took the empty box with them. Great guys!

Delivery was so fast and efficient. They hauled away my old dryer and installed my new dryer. I will 100% use Best Buy if/when I need a new washer

Absolutely, love the delivery guys. The geek squad came in and effortlessly, as well as efficiently.Connect the washer and dryer. Very respectful, young men, not just to me, but to the product themselves, they were very careful! They gave me very clear instructions on how to operate the equipment.

I had 2 deliveries and 1 included a return on 12/9 and 12/16/2024. Unfortunately, I don't have the 4 names of the delivery men but they were all professional, courteous, knowledgeable and called when they were on the way. Also, received text updates for delivery. Well done.

They brought it fine but one was rude when installing . Wouldn’t look away when I entered my wifi password “dude no one is going to do anything with your wifi”. And when I hinted he should he just stormed out saying “I’ll tell them you refused my setup.” Also didn’t use my surge protector- I had to move stuff around myself…

They work well and I would buy from here again……..
