Home delivery went smoothly. I scheduled a day and was given an estimated window of time. On the day of the delivery, I received a call with an estimate time of arrival from the technician. 3 guys arrived and installed the microwave in less than 30 minutes. They cleaned up and took the box and trash. Great job!

This model provides a great picture quality and has many settings to get the picture and sound you prefer. The game mode works great with my PS5 as well.

On the 31st of OCT, I had an appointment setup. The day comes and I sit here from 6am until around 11:30AM. Not a single call, or anything from Best Buy. So I called the helpline. I spoke with a gentleman, after about 30 minutes of waiting on the phone for him to find out whats happening, he simply tells me they will not be showing up. So I went out to best buy to speak with them at the store. The geeksquad guy took all my info, then submitted a form and told me the installation will be free now. After that, A gentleman spoke with me after calling me, rescheduling the the appt, and told me he would be sending a 100$ gift card. After that, I called to find out more info on the gift card and the gentleman said to me it will take about 2 weeks, but it would be 150$ gift card. So not only did I get free installation they reimbursed me for the time I spent waiting on them. They really made up for it, God is good.

Delivery was quick and straight forward. I did not pay to have the TV set up. It was packaged extremely well and installation was a breeze (table top). If I was mounting it to the wall, I would have paid for installation.

As always, Best Buy delivery was great. The truck arrived early, made sure to take care as they unloaded the 2 98" televisions and we careful to make sure I had everything I needed. Great service!

I ordered a small freezer for my shop and paid for it to be delivered to a more remote area. These guys did an excellent job. they were polite, calm, and ready to please. My freezer was placed in exactly the place I had planned. I couldn't ask for a more perfect delivery.

The home deliveries have been wonderful. Straightforward scheduling, friendly delivery folks, and accomadating customer service agents who help reschedule the delivery if something happens. The only improvement I would like to see if more delivery windows. Currently, all deliveries for TVs have been at least 3-4 weeks out, regardless of the distance I am from the Best Buy stores. For various reasons, a lot of my purchases cannot be taken back to my place by me so I depend on the Best Buy delivery team to bring them over. It's put a damper on my excitement I have when I finally make a large purchase to have to wait for 3-4 weeks to have it delivered back to my house. Otherwise, the home deliveries have been great.

The delivery was excellent! They were on time, respectful and kind. They brought the T.V's in and set them in the room of my choice. They also provided me with their phone number if there was any questions regarding setup

This was the best installation experience that I've ever had. The Geek Squad sent me a checklist so that I could prep the house ahead of installation, which made everything run smoothly. I received a phone call from them ahead of time on the day they were coming, which was helpful too. The 2 person crew arrived on time and were very understanding, friendly, but most of all - THEY WERE TOTAL PROS THAT KNEW THEIR STUFF!! They were careful and tidy, they were able to remove my old, heavy tv without damaging anything (including the old tv), they did their measurements for the new tv and soundbar and customized everything to my requests. They were professional, took their time and really catered to my needs. When they were done, I actually changed my mind and they were able to waive the recycling fee right then and there because I wanted to keep my old tv. They were total pros all around and I am definitely using them again in the future. I highly recommend Latisha - she is really good!
