These guys de-boxed the fridge in the street before bringing it in. They noticed scratches on the unit and rather than bring the unit inside, they asked me to come out so they could show me the problem. They told me they would bring me a different unit. I appreciated their honesty and not trying to deliver a bad product. At the follow up visit, I was given a fridge that looked perfect and placed exactly where I wanted it.

They carefully transported my tv from the main road to the end of my driveway and brought it up 4 stairs into my apartment. They were very nice people.

Had my appliance professionally installed and was glad to make this choice. The appliances are heavy and require more than one person to bring it upstairs, in addition too disconnect and haul away the old appliance. The installation crew was very cautious and respectful about our living space, taking time to answer any questions, and making sure we were satisfied before leaving. I've always purchased my appliances through here and have the licensed professional take care of these, and will continue to do so.

Men were so helpful with 85 inch TV polite and in and out. Highly recommended and Highly satisfied.

Great communication. They emailed me with updates, texted me with a time frame, then texted me with a window. The day of the called me when they were 15 minutes out. One man show as he walked the television up the from stairs into the house. Great service!

My combo was delivered on scheduled and I experienced no problem during deliver. My combo was delivered and once the plumbing was completed, the agents returned to install my combo. I phoned 1 day to request instruction and someone was out the-next day.

I was soo nervous that my order would not be delivered on time. I had it scheduled for Dec. 24 and the TV I bought had already sold out a few times. A snow storm was supposed to hit on the 24th so I changed it last minute to the 23rd and the delivery crew accommodated no problem. They delivered the TV right into the back of my Grandpa's pickup truck early in the morning. No long wait. Also, my Grandpa and i were using codename for 'operation Eagle' (the TV was the 'eagle' and it was a gift for my fam) the BestBuy delivery system let us use our codenames as recipient IDs. It was so much fun. A memory we'll talk about every Christmas.

The delivery team was so nice and very careful moving my old washer out and bringing my new one in. They took extra care so as to not scratch my LVP flooring. They explained how to work everything on it and gave me the travel bolts and explained what they were so if we ever moved we could prevent the drum from spinning.

I have never rowed a day before in my life until owning the Hydrow. Its a great workout, great for cardio and toning. The instructors are great. I hate cardio but the instructors make the time fly during workouts. I love that the instructors are actually rowing out in water. It can also be competitive because there are leaderboards for your rows and you can see yourself passing others on the leaderboard and also being passed by others. There are also live workouts but I haven't done one yet. My wife and I each have an account so we formed a team and will start competing against other teams this week. The machine itself is very easy to setup. Can be done solo but best with two people. Once you reach certain milestones in meters the company sends you a reward (100k is a water bottle). I love this thing so far. At this time I definitely recommend to anyone looking to exercise from home.
