I’m writing about the two geek squad/delivery guys! O M G Just AMAZING! I couldn’t be home the first time they came to deliver the TV, so I asked if they could possibly come after certain time. They were “willing to” work around their busy schedule… Also to mind you, when they were trying to deliver the TV, the out side temperature was over 114F… where I live it gets unbearable HOT!! Once they delivered it, they answered all of my “OMG you should already know this if you live in 2024” type of questions “happily”. After they finished delivered, completed their job, one of geek squad guys texted me with information of the protection plan- since I mentioned that I’m planning of getting one at store, in our conversation… he remembered that and texted me with all the information on protection plan including the prices!! OK I know it’s all “business”, …yet from his text or conversation at my place, I didn’t feel it was all about “business”… I felt he was being thoughtful to give me the information about it, since they do believe that having one of a protection plans might save from “May hams”. Honestly I was VERY but VERY impressed with their willingnesses, knowledgeableness??, reliable, respectful (down to earth) yet professional attitude!!

home delivery was seamless and quick. I ordered online & within a few days the tv was delivered.

My best advise is if you want value for your money buy it. I told two members of my family because every time they come to my house they prefer the Tv in the living. Sleeps on my living room chairs because of the Tv

Originally was scheduled for afternoon appointment but technician had a cancellation. He called and ask if he could come earlier and arrived before the anticipated time. Really appreciated the flexibility in scheduling

Have had 2 Best Buy deliveries to my new home, and am very impressed! The night before, I received a four-hour window of delivery time so I could plan my day. Then on delivery day, I got a call when the driver was 30 minutes away. Both times, the drivers were spot on as far as promptness, and quick and efficient with delivery.
