the guys were super helpful!! Way more helpful than home depot who delivered part of my delivery to the road infront of the house- the actual road. And the other guys who delivered my new appliances and then left quickly while I was taking care of another situation and didn't take my old appliances out. I will likely only buy best buy from now on - the delivery team was awesome!!

Home delivery guys were fast and friendly but they left a fair amount of plastic on the unit and they didn’t install all the interior shelves. That said, I wasn’t going to pick up my refrigerator and bring it home myself.

Have had 2 Best Buy deliveries to my new home, and am very impressed! The night before, I received a four-hour window of delivery time so I could plan my day. Then on delivery day, I got a call when the driver was 30 minutes away. Both times, the drivers were spot on as far as promptness, and quick and efficient with delivery.

I recently purchased a 55-inch smart TV from Best Buy and had a great experience. The delivery went smoothly. The delivery team was friendly and professional. Everything arrived in good condition, and the process was easy from start to finish.

This is a nice refrigerator. I like the glass shelving and I rarely notice any noise from the cooling unit. It is located in my garage but I use it often and I like the appearance as even the handles are hidden while being concealed as an indentation at the top of the refrigerator and along the bottom of the freezer.

We had a wonderful experience with the delivery to the house. They called ahead of time to let us know they were coming, they were in and out quickly and had a great customer service team. They also ran the test runs and shared with us the manual and asked if we had questions before they left.

The delivery people were fine I have 0 complaints about them. They were kind and professional. My only complaint is they called me at 6 am the delivery wasn't even supposed to be till 8am I mean I appreciate the heads up but also not happy the delivery had to be so early.

I had a delivery tech named Ralph, who came to deliver my home appliances...first a Samsung refrigerator and the the second delivery was a washer and dryer. He displayed superb customer service, answered all of my questions...and explained in detail how to properly use all appliances and went over daily maintenance procedures with me. He was able to deliver appliances with ease and zero mishaps and zero damages! Very precise, knowledgeable, and handled all appliances with care! Thank u Best Buy!
