Delivery drivers were really nice. Communication was outstanding. Only constructive feedback was unboxing the freezer and hauling away the trash. I had to ask them for this. They should have offered. Thankfully this was not my first rodeo. They quickly responded to my request. Removed freezer from box, plugged into wall to make sure it was working, and hauled away all the trash. This is part of the delivery service. Make sure you request unboxing appliance and trash removal when they arrive!!

They came in the specified time window and put the TV where I asked them to. Instead of pulling up my 200ft long driveway, the parked at the end and he walked it carefully up to my house and put it inside the door for me (I didn't get installation service). Very friendly.

The protection provided by geek squad has saved the day multiplr times. Worth the money.

Delivery team looked to be in a hurry. They hardly gave me time to inspect the prodcut. Fridge came with right side open door, i had to change the door hidge to left open.

Would highly recommend geek squad delivery. We bought a 65” tv and it was too big to fit into our SUV. They showed up on time and gave us a heads up when they were 15 minutes away. They brought it in and put it exactly where we wanted it.

Charbroil propane grill/interchangeable black stone. This small grill is a perfect size for me. It was delivered on time with no issues. I put it together myself. I grill steaks/chicken…fajitas on the black stone. Heats evenly. (I purchased the propane tank separately).

The delivery guy was awesome . He was witjhin the time slot and kept in contact with me as he got closer . I hope these are your own delivery guys because they def blow Fed Ex, USPS and UPS out the game. And he was a sweetheart, very nice.

I order what i want online and then they bring it right to my house I don't have to leave my house for any of the process I love it can't wait to order from bj's again plus the delivery people with kind and polite and helpful with the whole process it's perfect If you don't want to get in your car and drive all the way to the store walk around for a have an hour trying to decide what you want to buy bring it home and then have to bring it up 1 flight of stairs it's a hassle but not anymore I did it from my bedroom lying in bed one morning and the next day or later that day I don't remember it's been awhile but they brought right to my apartment on 2nd floor and all I had to do was set it up in my bedroom the tv was light enough out oof the box all I had to do is screw in the stand and I was ready to go I don't pay for cable I just use the apps on the tv like Netflix and YouTube and a bunch of other apps I love it.

I was impressed with the home delivery service that set up my new Samsung Crystal UHD TV. The delivery team was punctual and professional, arriving right on schedule. They carefully unboxed and set up the TV, making sure everything was working properly before leaving. The setup process was quick and efficient, and they even took the time to show me how to use the remote control and access the smart features. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend it to others.

Was very excited to get my new television. Scheduling a delivery was super easy. Once the three gentlemen arrived. They even offered to bring the TV inside the house and gave me a couple tips on how to set it up (using a foam mat or cardboard with a blanket, how to cold the corners, etc). Overall, just a really friendly crew that ensured the product was delivered with care. If you don’t have a vehicle large enough for your tv, not a bad service.

The guys were so friendly and respectful of my home. They made sure that I had everything I needed and placed my TV wherever I needed. They were prompt and on-time based on the estimation online. It was nice that they called when they were 1 stop away too!
