I bought an upright freezer 17 cubic feet. It is awesome. I have a lot of room which I’ve never had with the fridge/freezer in my apt. It fits perfectly in my bedroom. No sound to it l. I love it!!!

The crew is courteous and friendly. Smooth, efficient and careful handling from delivery, installing the new fridge to hauling out the old fridge. It is amazing that the carried the fridge by the strap over their shoulders going through a few steps.

My laundry is upstairs, but the crew installed my washer and dryer with no complaints whatsoever and without any problems! They were also very helpful in keeping me posted on arrival time. This was most helpful since I needed to coordinate mine and my husband’s work schedules. We appreciate you guys!

We had a good experience with the home delivery. It took all day to get there, but the delivery team kept us posted of approximate arrival time. And, they were very nice, professional and polite.

The crew was on time and very efficient. They provided a few tips for the washing machine they delivered.

Although the time changed, they communicated this, and once they arrived, everything went great. The two installers were very nice and professional. Much better than our experience with the refrigerator delivery.

Everything was unboxed, placed exactly where I needed it, and all packaging was hauled away—no cleanup needed on my end. The entire experience was smooth, and the delivery team was friendly and efficient. If you’re buying a large item, this service is absolutely worth it. It saved time and hassle, and gave me peace of mind knowing everything was handled right.

Dryer is efficient and quiet. Would have preferred a door that opens to the bottom instead of to the side and would have preferred a louder "chime" when the load is dry.

The workers who delivered my tv were awesome! They called the day before and gave me a wide time range which I wasn't thrilled with but understood, but then the morning of I received another call with a smaller time frame in which to expect them. They were friendly and professional when dropping off the tv, and they had no issues bringing it up the stairs and were happy to leave it in a spot that was convenient for me.
