So, at the beginning I was so upset because the delivery date was over a month and I had returned the previous purchase since it broke down; meaning we went back to primitive settings. The Deliveries are handled by a third party so Best Buy tells me that they don't have control over their scheduling. The fact that Best Buy outsources does not release Best Buy from the responsibility; 3rd party works for them! Anyway good news is that the great salesperson wrote a note to the delivery company, and we received our unit in 3 days. So shame on avoiding the responsibility but kudos for the prompt delivery.

I’ve had this tv for almost a year now. The picture is great! You can change the brightness, volume type, picture type, etc easily to match what you’re watching. Very user-friendly operating system. I’d highly recommend if you have the space for it!

Good delivery, was professional and quick. They made sure that everything was set up.

This unit had been working perfect since July 2024. Thumbs up to the engineers. Now let see what happens after few years in services. This unit replaced another Samsung washer that after 7 good years, vibration stop it operation. I replaced the spider support bearings and this washer is now in stand by mode

Purchased a new refrigerator from Best Buy. There was not even a decision to make when it came to home delivery. No way I was going to rent a U-Haul, go to Best Buy, load up a fridge and then try and wrestle it into my house. Best Buy guys were great. Delivered when they said they would. We combined this with installation and - bingo bango - we got a new fridge in the house.

The delivery guys were awesome. They emailed an ETA, and arrived as expected. He came up and walked the route to the kitchen, which I cleared the night before. 2 guys using forearm straps easily lifted the 150 pound oven and walked up the single flight of stairs easily, while I struggled mightily (with another strong person) getting the old stove down stairs on a hand truck the evening prior. Half way down the stairs, we decided to just throw/roll it down the stairs as it was to be discarded anyway. The lead delivery guy inspected my gas fitting, noticed I had cleaned and prepped the old gas hose for installation, and said "let me see if I have a new hose in the truck. If I do, I'll give it to you" Post delivery, I followed him out to his truck, and he found a hose for me. Best service I've ever received from a delivery service.

The refrigerator we purchased looks and works great. However the delivery had issues. When they arrived I had asked if they could help me move my old refrigerator to the end of the drive way as I had scheduled free pick up with the county. The old refrigerator was in the spot of where the new one was going and the crew had a hand truck that could have been used to help me move the old one. I was immediately told “No, they cannot” and “this is just a drop off.” And that was the end of the discussion. I ended up sliding the old refrigerator down the driveway myself while they watched and provided zero assistance. It always amazes me how people can lack common courtesy now a days and simply not care. If I was part of the delivery crew I would have taken the 10 seconds to help someone out. Would be nice if we could ever get back to those days. But I would like to thank Best Buy for the purchasing process and for the product itself as both of those were good experiences. Thank you for your time.

Delivery was very quick, the item was left exactly where I specified, took less than five minutes to unload from the truck and leave it in my driveway.
