I purchased the TV during Black Friday but scheduled the delivery for January for my new home. Everything went smoothly — no delays, no issues. They delivered it exactly on the day and time they promised. Super reliable experience.

I was appreciate of the phone calls i didn't have to wonder if they was still coming or not every step was a phone to let me know what was going on and what was happening

I highly recommend! They were respectful of my home and placed the TV exactly in the room where it would be used.

Samsung 2023 58” Tizen TV

The tv usually requires 1-3 minutes warm up before you have control with the remote. In other words no control over sound, or menu aspects when you first turn it on. Very slow loading. Otherwise it is a very good tv. The Samsung streaming app is a nice addition. Myself, I wouldn’t buy again. If someone turns the tv off with the volume up loud you must endure it until the remote function starts working. I believe it has something to do with the internal modem.

The night before was given a 4 hour window and the morning of the delivery was contacted telling me that they would arrive within 30 minutes. All went great!
