The refrigerator is fine. It makes a noise when the motor is on but, it’s not like a jet landing next door. There did seem to be a disconnect between the measurements that were written on the card in the store and the actual size of the refrigerator. I had 3 deliveries that the drivers said it would not fit. On the third try I had taken the cabinets above the refrigerator out so there would be more room. On the fourth try the delivery man had me take out the side trim that is on the floor. He managed to get the refrigerator in. Yes it snug but, it fits in nicely.

The delivery was wonderful ! I live in a row house so, I had them put it in the basement. They drove to the back because there's direct entry to the basement from the backdoor. They just had to loosen hinges on the storm door, and were able to bring it straight into the basement.

Our delivery was done very professionally and courteous. They were very organized and quick, knew exactly what they were doing. Left no mess behind. We were happy 100%

Came timely directly in the time frame told. They did great with reminding me and keeping me updated once the day of delivery came. Very happy with the delivery service overall.

The time frame for delivery was 6 hours....from 7am-1pm.... they called at 9:30 and were here at 10am. They had to remove the back door and screen door to get the fridge in. The delivery men were polite, courteous and moved quickly but taking care to respect my home. They removed the old fridge. When they uncrated the new fridge they moved it out of the rain quickly. They watched to make sure they didn't rub it against the frame as they brought it in. They had to adjust it to the lowest setting to make it fit....and it was still tight, but they got it in without any damage to the fridge or my cabinets. They showed me how to set it up and they got it running. They put the back doors back on and packed up all the packaging from the fridge onto their truck. I was very pleased with the entire process.

Delivery was right on point, they had to take the fridge doors off, but they did a great job.

The young men delivering our dishwasher were professional, polite and made sure the delivery was completed to our satisfaction. These men are KEEPERS and represent your company well.

What can I say about the team that recently delivered our new television? I'll tell you what I can say... they were fantastic! Did I have to wait, chained to my home like an endangered hyena for my product? NO! The team made clear communication throughout the day updating my on when I would experience the glorious goodness that is my new flatscreen. Was I forced to swallow my feelings and clench my fists in rage as some yay-hoos dropped my package 10 feet from the truck to the concrete below?? NO! The gentlemen were extremely careful with the box, under my eagle-eye of course. Did I have to endure the off-putting scent of Body Odor that sometimes accompanies delivery personnel such as these? You know, the kind of scent that makes you think a cat has digested some bits of 40-year old limburger cheese, and then left you a "present" in your shoe? (Don't laugh, my wife's cat did this)... NO!!! The driver and helper were well groomed, polite, friendly, gentle with my purchase, didn't drag dirt into my home, and smelled halfway decent! All in all, I give the Best Buy Home Delivery Service 5-Stars!

Best Buy delivered my new appliances in a timely manner. I would have liked it o be able to specify a specific time instead of them telling me an all day window in which it could arrive. However, the tracking system was nice, and I was able to see when the delivery was on its way to my house and it allowed me to make preparations

Delivery was great. Knew exactly when someone was coming and they handled everything for me.
