The guys who delivered our new washer and dryer were great. They were polite and professional. They were quick, took time to explain everything, teated the product, and cleaned the products before leaving.

This was the best delivery process! I was told a day and time frame once I bought my dishwasher. A few days before the delivery date, Best Buy sent me an email with a simple list to ensure a good delivery. The day before the delivery, I got a better time window, and on the day of, they sent me a tracking link so I could keep watch!!!! I wasn't stuck in the house and could run errands. Then the delivery guy called to let me know he would be 30 minutes. Super nice guy too. This was such a great experience.

The delivery team were great. They did scrape my wall just a little when they got upstairs with the washer and dryer. However they were forthcoming about it and immediately let my wife and I know and gave us a number to call to get it fixed. Overall a good experience.

The appliance is just what I need - able to set the temperature to refrigerator for now but serving as a back up freezer if needed. Delivery was perfect - they came in the time they said they would, they were polite, moved the appliance where it needed to go, took it out of packaging and made it level. It is for this reason I chose Best Buy to buy my appliance.

We had a great experience with our fridge delivery! The gentlemen who delivered it were so kind and professional, and did a great job - were also careful with our hardwood floors which I appreciated. We paid to have them relocate the old fridge to the garage - super easy and fast. I'm really, really happy with my delivery experience!

Samuel was our lead guy for our new Oven to come in. He was fast and on his game, made sure everything was installed correctly and sat with us and told us everything we needed to know about the oven.

The team that came to our home was professional, efficient, and careful. We knew it was a tight fit, and John Henry and his helper were able to put the LG laundry tower exactly where it needed to go. He did the install, and walked me through the functions, and ran a speed wash a dry to clear the unit of any oils. They picked up all their trash, and were in and out in about half an hour. They called before their arrival, and were here just under their estimated timeframe.
