I had ordered a treadmill and picked a date and time from for it to be delivered. when the day arrived, I waited and waited and waited. I finally called bestbuy 1 800 number and they got in contact with the delivery driver and found out that my treadmill was not on the truck and it was not in the warehouse. I had to schedule another day for it to come. I was really disappointed because that ruined my schedule for a few days. On the new scheduled day, I got alerts often and on the day of the delivery. I picked a 7am-2pm time frame for my treadmill to be delivered. At about 7:20 am I got a call that they are on their way and at 7:50, it was inside my garage. The delivery guys were very friendly and were really quick getting it from their truck to my garage. overall, I think it was a good experience, plus the delivery was free with my purchase.

They Came In And Had Zero Issues and had it installed in Twenty Minutes on the Wall And Programmed It!

Team arrived on time and able to install the over the range microwave despite having some issues with dimension, they installed additional wooden slots for extra support and completed the entire process within an hour.

The delivery and set up team was fantastic, punctual delivery time, care in removing from box and installation. Made sure product work properly and additional operating instructions before leaving.

The delivery crew was friendly and accommodating. There was almost too much communication and confirmation about delivery status, which I appreciated.

Good communication leading up to delivery, team was able to adapt things to out situation, in and out in 30 minutes. You can tell the guy owns his own delivery business as he handled things with efficiency and pride.

I do not drive. Therefore, I must order online and delivery. I have purchased electronic and other products. When I purchased my new TV, from Best Buy of course, it was delivered and installed by Best Buy/Geek Squad. I also purchase of movies, and other items that are delivered by delivery services and Best Buy keeps me informed when it is set for delivery and when it will be delivered. What more can I ask for??? Nothing!
