Very nice guys - put fridge in garage without disturbing anything else

Great help from Geek Squad home visit. Josh and Eric were most knowledgable, reprogrammed my new tv, showed me I could recharge my solar remotes with a cord & that’s why they weren’t working, taught me about cord length effect on charging time and about lightning cords. They were so polite and patient with this old woman and tolerant of my deafness. They accommodated my disability by using a transcribing app on their phones so I could read what they were saying. They encouraged me to buy some specific products at their store that would enrich my life. Any employer should be proud of them be ause any customer will greatly benefit from them

The folks who did the delivery of my fridge were great - they quickly moved out my old fridge and got the new one placed and installed.

We didn't tell the delivery man but we had purchased this refrigerator from another competitor. When they came to deliver it they got halfway up the steps of our raised ranch and said it was too heavy and that we need to pick a smaller unit. We told them take the unit back we canceled the order and we placed our order with Best buy. The two gentlemen that brought the new refrigerator were professional and knowledgeable. They knew right away they needed to take the doors off and did so. They brought this refrigerator up the steps with no dents scratches or any troubles at all. They put the new refrigerator where it needed to go and offered to bring the old one downstairs. I couldn't have been any happier with the service they provided and the hard work that they did for us.
