I believe his name was Nathan, but apologies in advance if I am incorrect. Nathan was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. Not only did he install our washer and dryer, but he informed us that the water valves connecting to the device needed to be replaced. As a couple who had just moved from out of state, these valves had been turned off and this was the first time we had seen them turned on. This was incredibly kind of him as these would have leaked badly, increasing our water bill, and had the possibility of rupturing and causing major damage. Nathan also showed us how to use the new washer and dryer and what features it had as well as answered all of our questions. Overall, you have a great employee. I'd happily have him help in the future.

The guys know what they are doing and they are polite. I would recommend saving yourself some work and letting Best Buy deliver.

I received a shorter timeframe of delivery window the night before to plan ahead. I was able to track where they were with bestbuys tracking in real-time. Also received a phone call about 20 minutes upon arrival as another nice touch. I was very happy overall.
