My new Sony 75" 90L Bravia is awesome! The clarity on a television this size is phenomenal. I love watching the IMAX movies. Too cool. The fact that my Sony Aquos 45" in mY bedroom from 2007 is still great, I have no worries that my New Sony will last a long long time.

Delivery was simple and on time. Delivery communication was on point and they kept me in the loop as to when to expect them. Thumbs up.

The men showed up when they said they would. They called a few minutes before they arrived, and the text they sent had a tracker so I could see as they turned into our subdivision. They brought the tv inside and placed it where I asked them to. Great service!

The delivery was quite fast after the order was placed, and the microwave was very quickly installed by nice young men. That part was good, but we were a little disappointed that the COVID-19 precautions were not carried out as stated on the Best Buy website. The policy said that we would get a call before delivery to review these precautionary steps. We never received a call. The service people were wearing masks, which was good, but they never wiped the work area afterwards, again contrary to the stated policies. In normal days, this delivery and installation service would have received five stars. Alas, these are not normal days, and we wish that the Best Buy/Geek Squad COVID-19 policies had actually been practiced by this crew.

Delivery was on time. In and out in under 15 minutes installed and everything works great. Very professional and fast.

The 2 guys that delivered our fridge were professional, friendly, and knowledge. The fridge was hooked up in no time. They brought it down one flight of stairs and navigated a tight turn without any issue. Certainly saved me a lot of hassle and sore muscles!

Great delivery and professional haul away done by a third party service. They were in and out. I had no issues and appreciate not having to deal with getting rid of my old unit glad this service was available. The pricing through Best Buy was great in comparison to other haul away services.
