Not so great

We did not recieve a phone call notice about the delivery. The dryer was dented/damaged on the side. They did offer us a small reimbursement. Happy with the product, not the delivery service.

It works great and I can switch between the shedders without stopping. I would recommend it to others. Very Good Shedder for the price.

I had to purchase my pedestals from somewhere else because BB was sold out but the team installed them for me anyway. It was Really great and he made sure the machines were working before he left.

The delivery/installer folks were very professional and efficient. One note: when we made the purchase, we updated our contact information, including our phone number. The delivery folks were given the right address but had an old phone number from over 5 years ago. They tried to call to tell us they were nearby, but couldn't. They explained that we needed to update our BestBuy Account info ourselves, since the store's updates often don't go through. I'm glad they got the address right!

We had used this service in the past so I knew I could get the best service available anywhere. I highly recommend the Best Buy delivery and set-up!! A Plus service!!
