It took a week after order, but was happy with the delivery time as promised and the texts and calls by the delivery people to let me know they'd be by soon. They brought in my new TV quickly and with no problems.

The Geek Squad team did a great job installing all the components, including relocating the TV wall bracket at the right height for the new larger TV. All equipment worked properly when they were complete. Our only complaint is that we were not made aware of the advanced features of this TV, which I had to discover on my own by reading on the web and then making the menu changes: specifically the HDR (high dynamic range) features (such as "vivid" settings - which are not documented in the Sony Bravia installation manual. Also, we had to learn on our own about the google integration available on this TV. In order to get 5-starts, I would want the Geek Squad to at least point out the various advanced options, even if I had to research them on my own. I wonder what other advanced features I still don't know about.

Ray and Franky did the washer delivery and install, and they were great. They arrived right at the start of the delivery window and were very friendly, fast, and efficient. They made sure to inform me about which detergent types work best in this type of washer and walked me through its use and the questions I had.

Picking the Best Buy delivery option was a wise choice. They delivered on time and also installed the appliance. Not having to fool around with picking the unit up and carrying the unit into the house ourselves was a good choice.

Great delivery! They left it exactly where I requested, while I was at work. The delivery team notified me when they were on their way and once the tv was delivered. Unfortunately, our tv did not have the remote in the box. I contacted Best Buy and they personally delivered a remote to my house the next day. The tv works wonderfully and as expected. I highly recommend the Westinghouse 65" Roku tv. The picture and sound are superb! We will not hesitate to order more products from Best Buy online. Their service is exceptionally great.
