Home Delivery was AWESOME!!! GREAT communication and friendly / professional interaction.

Had to have both items uninstalled a second time and reinstalled. The washer water hoses were put on backwards. Hot to cold and cold to hot. Ruined the washer causing a leak after the use. I also ruined several of my son’s shirts as hot water was coming out instead of cold. Was done correctly the second time. The second group that came out and redid the install would get a 5 star rating.

Third time making a huge purchase with Best Buy, everything has been excellent and I’m extremely satisfied

They took out my old washer and hooked up my new washer in just a few minutes. The guy even told me I should get some pipes replaced before a leak happens, and he was right.

Delivery guys Allen and (his coworker) were great, very courteous and informative. There was a small dent on one of the items they made sure I was aware of and okay with before taking delivery. Allen made sure I understood the necessary initial cycle run purpose, etc. Great experience overall even with receiving a slightly damaged product.

We bought a samsung front load waher and dryer and had a lot of issues with them. Best buy employees help us make a return and buy a new washer and dryer. Everyone at the store was very helpful. Our new items were deliverd. We installled them and so far everything works great

The team that installed were communicative in providing a smaller window of time when they will be arriving and called to let me know they were on their way. They were super friendly, very respectful to me and my home, were polite, tidy and quick. They knew what needed to be done and did a great job in doing it. They even offered to take away any of the packaging for me. Glad to have them be the ones to do my install.
