The delivery process was smooth and efficient. The drivers called a couple of hours in advance to notify us, which was incredibly helpful for planning. The actual delivery was simple, quick, and hassle-free. Overall, great delivery service—highly recommended!

The delivery and setup of our new 65" TV went smoothly and without issue. We were kept updated on the timing of the delivery and were surprised that the team arrived earlier in the window of time quoted that expected. They worked quickly and cleaned up once they were done.

TCL, fantastic product, picture quality, specs, snappiness are AMAZING. HOWEVER, I am not able to activate game mode on GeForce Now. It’s unplayable! Please update that and save this TV, especially with your gaming features show them off and update GeForce Now to be able to put TV into game mode. Don’t lose to other brands focusing on gaming cloud!

Amazing delivery service by Best Buy. The delivery was done on time between the time frame that I specified because of my office meetings. The communication was awesome and I had to spend only 10 minutes of my time.

We purchased a new LG washer because our existing washer of 4 years stopped draining water out of the tub. LG said that it was the drain pump and it could be repaired. Since the unit was 4 years old, we decided to purchase a new one and have it delivered so they could remove the old unit. The staff did an excellent job and I was impressed that they got the washer into the house without scratching any walls or the doorway. There was about 3 inch clearance on both sides of the door. The best thing about the delivery service was that Best Buy sent an email each day showing the status of the delivery and the staff called us the day of the delivery informing us that they were on the way. If you are getting an appliance, I would highly recommend their delivery service if you can wait to have it delivered,

They brought it in on time, had a great communication flow. Let me know every step and also called before arriving. The map helps plan out the day with other tasks. They left inside the front door after I opened the door but refused to put it in the living room. (Thats fine though)

The delivery driver actually followed instructions to the letter. I was nervous at first ordering two 65" inch tv's but the driver did as instructed and was super cool with going up to my floor and bringing them inside!

Simply the best, cant wait to win this 400$ so i can shop at best buy my favorite store for the most updates products and versions. Unlike other stores that sell new but outdated models.

They were awesome. Very polite and helpful. I was at work and they let me know when they arrived so I could open the garage for them. They placed were I wanted it safely out of the way. They even stayed on the phone to let me know when the door closed.

The guys did a great job overall. Arrived on time, were polite and masked. Moved washer and dryer in very quickly with minimal fuss and installed it as well. Made sure to answer any questions I had. Asked what else they could do to get a 10 star review, and at the moment I thought everything had gone perfectly. It wasn’t until I went to my driveway and saw that it was absolutely littered with large, small, and minuscule pieces of styrofoam that I was less than pleased. As they were pulling out of the driveway I was hauling out my shop vac to quickly clean up their mess before it spread to my lawn and the yards of my neighbors. I appreciate that they made the effort to unwrap the units in the truck thereby saving me the trouble of disposing of the packaging myself, but having to vacuum my driveway and lawn could have been avoided had they been a bit more careful and attentive when unpacking.

The delivery guys were very courteous and thoughtful about how they brought in the washer/dryer combo and placed inside my house. Thank you so much!!

Our TV delivery was fast and friendly and the drivers even took our 65 inch TV down some stairs and into our basement. It took five minutes and they were gone! They called beforehand with a head's up. Can't ask for anything more then that!
