the four guys who showed up to install our fridge (and takeaway the old one) did a super job. they were professional, efficient and polite and made quick work of the entire process. i was so pleasantly surprised and impressed! totally worth the extra charge to have them install and takeaway the old. give these guys a raise!

The delivery was excellent and handled with care and respect of my property

I loved that the guys help me put the tv where it need it to be. they were very helpful and knowledgeable.

The dryer was delivered precisely on the day promised. The “Geek” delivery persons were respectful, friendly, cooperative and helpful. They knew exactly what they were doing and delivered the appliance flawlessly — and removed and hauled away the old appliance. What really “put the icing on the cake,” delivery and haul away* were FREE—and, furthermore, Best Buy had the very best price on the appliance OF ANYBODY. Five star performance all the way around! *Haul away was free because we are Total Tech members!

Crew came and installed av system quickly and correctly. Even the 100” screen put together and installed in short amount of time.

Home service was good. The guys delivered my TV on time and installed it with no issues

The things that I Like About The Delivery Was The Speed, Carefulness, Attention To Detail

The delivery was on time, and they notified me in advance when they were on their way. The two men who delivered my appliances were great. They were efficient and courteous. They unboxed and move the appliances through all obstacles (shoes, doorway, old appliances) with ease and set them exactly where I needed. They even offered to help move the other things a bit to get them closer, appreciative we declined as we had to move them to another room and had no other place at that time. They cleaned up their mess and left with no issues.

Fast delivery time, the guys actually came 2 hours earlier than the slot which wasn't a big deal but could be for some. Very fast and efficient. I had to do a lot of the unpacking and removing of tape etc because of COVID restrictions now.

The two delivery guys showed up on time with all the necessary connectios and had the washer/dryer units installed in no time. They were easily able to get them into a fairly tight area. They took all their trash along with the old units. Well done.

Delivery team was absolutely excellent. J & R were super efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and they answered all of my questions. The install was fast, and the TV setup was great. I will be using home delivery through Best Buy for every install going forward.

They are very comfortable with sudden time changes for deliveries for instance i had an emergency at the deliverytime and they told me thats fine then gave me a window to accommodate my needs and the driver/delivery person is always super nice and fun

Delivery is efficient. Be sure to clear a path where you want to store the product. I had a double-oven delivered. Be sure to open the box and inspect for any damage. Be aware of the return policy, it can be very short and begins once you accept delivery. Be sure to schedule delivery, haul away, and installation all separately so that you can be flexible about scheduling. If you are replacing an old appliance you will probably want delivery first, then haul away when you are ready to remove the old appliance, then installation once the cabinet and electrical has been updated for the new appliance. Scheduling each service separately allows you to easily change the dates of each on the website without going through customer support.

The guys were polite and professional. They were efficient but not rushing and did a great job. We were very pleased and would not only recommend but would absolutely but and use this service next time too. We had a great experience every step of the way.

Good product and delivery, have not had any problems.

Communication was easy, delivery was timely and the installers were efficient and respectful of my home. I am not sure they actually replaced my rigid dryer vent with the new one I was forced to buy, I did not see that come in but I failed to look for it being carried in or out too, I just don't remember seeing in go in or out and didn't think about it until now
