This is my second c model OLED from LG. Honestly, my first one, which I bought 4 years ago, still looks and operates as it did the day I got it. The quality is far superior than any content currently available, so it is in no way outdated. It probably won’t be for many more years. Now this model, the 65c3, the 10th year and model they made since inception(newest available at the time of this writing) is beyond amazing. The clarity in every detail across the complete color spectrum is evident. The blacks are more visible than anything I have ever seen. I would suggest to have your TV professionally calibrated to get the most out what is possible with this set. The factory settings are by far sufficient and you’ll have a great experience, but for those of us who want to have that extra 2% in quality, I feel it is worth the investment. LG has been making OLEDs far longer than any other name brand Tv, and it shows! That have fine tuned there sets and made all the adjustments to improve on their previous models. They get better every year. No one else even comes close to the R&D that LG has achieved, and it is why it makes OlEDs for so many TV manufacturers you see on the shelves today. If other brands are buying their screens from LG, why not just go to the source. I can say with confidence that this TV by LG is the best tv you will find for the price.

Delivery was on time and tv was placed in our house.

Dwight and crew arrived a bit early -- which was great, I needed to get to work -- were happy to bring the refrigerator in the back door and set it up in a crowded kitchen. Everything went smoothly, they were polite, and I'm very happy.
