No issues with fridge delivery and address change.

I’ve had multiple home deliveries from Best Buy. I find them to be the best delivery and installation crew of any of the major brands that I’ve voted from. That’s from beds to furniture to appliances.

The Best Buy team that delivered and installed my new Samsung washing machine was outstanding. Super professional, efficient, and had the new machine installed, and the old machine taken away within 15 minutes! It does not get better than this.

My fridge was dropped right in front of my front door, up a small flight of stairs, so that it would be easier for me to get it in my home without struggle. It was a professional, and courteous service !

This was delivered today and I can say I'm happy with it. Everything works (knock on wood). We have a very old 2 door refrigerator so this gives me more space without having to put things ontop of each other. I like the internal water dispenser because I have kids that likes to spill water while dispensing and not clean it right after. The delivery guys did an awesome job. Very quick and thorough. Juan, I believe it was, and his partner, brought it in, put it in the space I needed. Talked to me about what needed to be done. They were very safe and kept the distance with us. We didn't request for installation, we did that ourselves. Very simple. Will update in a few weeks to see the outcome. I didn't want to spend 3k+ so for the price of this one, I have no complaints. Best Buy haven't failed me with their customer service.

Home delivery/installation was great. The guys were the best. Very professional, polite, friendly, and, most importantly, highly skilled. They finished this project smoothly and efficiently. Everything was complete and clean when they left. Definitely A++ work. I suggest you follow the arrival time provided by the delivery/install team rather than the text messages from Best Buy.

Yeah, all the service at the store with this new TV purchase went well. And when the guy came out to install the TV and hook it up with my cable and so on so forth, the dude was very professional and personable and did a great job I gave him a nice tip.. no complaints here at all. Good job all the way around.

I can not say enough good things about my home delivery. The 2 gentlemen that delivered my refrigerator, did so on one of our coldest, windy, snowy days. They not only had to bring our refrigerator thru the house, as the rear entry would not allow it to fit and or turn the 90 degrees needed to fit in the existing space. They literally strapped on belts, lifted it and inverted it (like a coffin) and gently removed it over an existing kitchen counter. Not only did they negotiate a narrow doorway from our kitchen to dining room with not so much as a crevice of light on either side to move the refrig. forward. They literally could not have even placed their finger on the sides to do this. They were efficient, polite and above all amazing. I was so impressed, that I called the store (same day) and spoke with the appliance department about the wonderful job these two individuals accomplished. Not once did they bump or scratch anything and did not, I repeat, Did NOT complain.

Delivery was scheduled very reasonably. They ran late but wasn't an issue for us on that day. The installer was efficient, quick and showed us the bells and whistles of our new dishwasher.

The delivery team was great. They were understanding and patient. Great job.
