This was absolutely an A++ experience for us and we would definitely recommend Best Buy Delivery & Installation. We are an older couple -- we purchased a big screen TV including delivery and installation. The delivery was on time and the installers (Joe & Ryan) were excellent. So friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They hooked up and programmed everything-- something we have found time consuming and difficult in the past. They were so patient and kind taking extra time to make sure we understood how our new TV, remotes, etc. worked.  This was absolutely an A++ experience for us and we would definitely recommend Best Buy Delivery & Installation - THANK YOU to Joe & Ryan for all the information, tips and suggestions you gave us. Gave me a 4 hour window and arrived at the beginning of that window. Removed the old fridge and setup new one within 15 minutes.

The guys that brought the fridge were excellent. Very friendly, professional, and communicated very well. I wish I had more money at the time of delivery, I would have given them a great tip. I'm not sure if that's normal for delivery or not, but I just was unfortunately not able to do it at the time.

The two guys that came buy to drop off my TV were super cool, they were on time and did everything for me besides opening doors and making sure a path for them was clear, with free shipping too and not needing to be a member was great, I'd go in store so someone gets credit next time for sure.

I had a HORRIBLE experience previously trying to figure out my washer/dryer (another brand and completely different set) delivery, but Edgewood was AMAZING. I had ZERO issues or complaints. Also, the delivery personnel were EARLY and fast! BB definitely made up for the past mishap.

Delivery service let me know every step of the way when they'd be at my house to deliver and install my new washer, through text and phone calls. The driver/installer was friendly fast and efficient.

I had a Schwinn IC 4 bike delivered. Was kept up to date on delivery date and time. The day of delivery, there was an issue with the delivery truck. I was contacted first thing by the delivery company and asked if a later time was ok. I was personally called later in the day and told the truck was not fixed and my delivery date needed to be rescheduled a week later. Received text confirmation. I was given a $25 gift card for the inconvenience. Only issue was BB calling me the next day and leaving a message and an email that my delivery date needed to be rescheduled. Caused some confusion and time on my part getting it resolved. Delivery was great. Brought the heavy box up the steps and placed it in my house.

Geek Squad crew was awesome. Called before coming out and narrowed down the 4 hour window to 2. Arrived promptly on time. Came in introduced themself as Calib and Marcus. Very Professional, respectful and kind. Educating us on our new product. In the past we had another Geek Squad team that wasn't very professional or respectful. If you need a delivery from best buy We highly encourage to request Marcus and Calib they are outstanding.
