He removed the old machine with his partner and installed the new one. He was efficient and neat. He showed me how to use the washer. The install was fast and I was washing clothes before they left the driveway!

I was kept informed of when my item would arrive and I also used the tracking option to follow where the truck was at different times. The delivery men were friendly and efficient. A great experience.

It was free and straightforward, so I cannot complain. They came in earlier than the original time-slot that they had promised, so that was even nicer.

The young men (2 20somethings) took proper precautions. They were respectful and knowledgeable and quick. They wipes down all surfaces before they left. Outstanding experience.

They send you a notification the night before with an estimated time. The morning of delivery they send you a "follow your driver" link so I can estimate what time I need to be home at. They came in my house and placed the washer+dryer combo in my laundry room, nicely.
