The delivery team was great! They arrived right on time, were kind, professional, and careful bringing everything in. They made sure the washer was set up correctly and took the time to explain things before leaving. Really appreciated their friendliness and efficiency — made the whole process easy and stress-free!

Delivery went smoothly! The tv did not fit in my car so customer service was able to transfer my purchase to home delivery. Delivery man Arlen was very professional and quick!

We had a dishwasher delivered and installed during COVID. The young men (2 20somethings) took proper precautions. They were respectful and knowledgeable and quick. They wipes down all surfaces before they left. Outstanding experience.

The guys that came to deliver and install were nice but I did not appreciate them tracking wet shoes all over the floors. Didn't even consider the idea of coverings or removing.

The installers were quick with the instalation and was done with and out within 35 minutes. Amazing

Does it's job perfectly and is very easy to install using the Sanus website for height reference. The extension capability makes accessing the inputs so much an easier than a fixed or tilt only mount.

The home delivery team was superb! In the morning I looked where I’d be on the schedule to see approximately what time they would arrive. They had gps on the whole time and I was able to see where I was on their schedule throughout the day, which was very helpful as I was able to make a quick errand without fear of missing them. They arrived within 10 minutes of scheduled time and were very professional. Installer explained things that were easily understood. Removed packaging from property. Very happily impressed and satisfied.

On time, helpful and courteous people, one of my better experiences with deliveries

The delivery team was on time and was easy to communicate with.

The delivery was quick and efficient. They were in and out in like 10-15 minutes, even though they delivered a full kitchen set.

Delivery drivers were very nice. great communication came in and put the product right in place.

So I originally ordered a Samsung family hub fridge and the Best Buy drivers came on time. They got out the truck and measured my doors and said the Fridge was too large to get thru my door. I asked them about taking off the doors and they told me they weren’t allowed to do that. The next day I called Best Buy and explained I needed to cancel my order and when I told them why they informed me that the drivers are allowed to take off the doors to the fridge. So they rescheduled my delivery date. Two weeks later I got some awesome drivers. NOT only we’re they fast but they took off all the doors to the fridge and the doors to my house and got the fridge in and setup in less than 20 minutes. I guess the first drivers were just lazy or misinformed. So these 5 stars are for the second drivers I had.

Delivered on time and moved my TV to the basement!

The home delivery was nothing less than top notch. Communication was excellent the day before and the day of delivery. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They were careful with my finishes and that means everything to me. Keep up the good work! The guys were great!

Fast and amazing service, my TV came at it's designated time.

It does everything we would like and more. My old nose surround sound system would intermittently shut off connected (optically) to my old tv. When I hooked up the system to this tv, the tv automatically recognized the sound system and I have had no problems since. I can even control the volume with the tv remote now so we literally only need a single remote control for all entertainment needs. The Alexa integration only seems to allow me to turn the tv off. After contacting Samsung, we determined that it must be an Amazon problem because I can use the Samsung app to tune the tv on, Alexa will not however. I haven’t called amazon about it yet but will soon. The picture is incredible, the app selection is excellent and I can even use the Apple TV app which is a big bonus for us. I have no complaints.

The person that did the service was very careful with the installation. Explained everything to me. He showed me how to work both my TVs. Also how to work my surround sound system he hooked up for me.
