The gentlemen who came in to install my dryer were very professional, friendly, and answered my questions. They did remind me that I have to let the dryer run for a cycle in order to help with the seal tape they had placed on the vent tube. It was a fast installation and they cleaned up after themselves.

The delivery personnel were professional and extremely helpful. The delivery was seamless and efficient. Definitely a plus. It would’ve been very difficult for me to handle on my own or even hiring. Movers would have been too expensive.

The guys were great and efficient at getting their stuff done. My only issue is that none of the delivery crew spoke fluent English. I wouldn't have had a problem, but he left me with some notes for things I had to do, and I didn't quite catch them all. Competent and friendly in spades though.

Both Christopher and Jean, the Best Buy delivery partners who delivered and installed my new clothes dryer this week, were very timely, organized, thoughtful, smiling and nice. They worked very hard making my new appliance fit into a small space. They left it all very clean and tidy. And took away my old dryer. It could not have gone any smoother. Kudos gentlemen!!

They basically told me if i didn’t like where it was after they mounted it, too bad for me. Not a good attitude. They also didn’t use the longer lag screws I’d purchased for more leverage.
