The delivery team that delivered my new dish washer were the reason I selected Best Buy to purchase a new washer and dryer from, and I was not disappointed! The delivery guys called to let me know when they would be here, and they showed up exactly when they said. They were polite, professional, careful, and helpful. They were careful when they brought the new machines in, didn't even come close to the door frames, not a scratch or dent anywhere (unlike other deliveries I have had). They made sure I knew about shipping bolts, and removed them for me. Since everything was unboxed outside, they cleaned the area and took all of the trash with them. Over all, it was an outstanding delivery experience again, and it is the reason that future appliance purchases will be from Best Buy.

I was asked at the time of purchase if I wanted to have my item delivered and this was a great time to do so since I had a physical injury. I was so please with the service. The delivery went smoothly and the installation was a breeze.the installers were on time, were so friendly and knowledgeable that they made the whole experience a joy.I know I will use this service again in the future.

Home delivery service was excellent. They actually delivered purchase earlier than expected which was a bonus. Delivery team was great and knowledgeable. Hooked the machines up tested them and cleaned up after themselves.

My previous experience with Best Buy home delivery was not good. On the day of the scheduled delivery they did not show up. After many calls they told me their delivery man through my house was too far out of his way to bother with. This left a lasting impression where I avoid Best Buy. This time was different. I have had a recent very positive in store experience with the Geek Squad - they fixed a problem at not charge. So when I was looking online for a replacement TV, Best Buy offered home delivery, setup and removal of the old TV by the Geek Squad. I thought this was worth a risk and I was very happy with the Geek Squad. I can’t say enough about how well the Geek Squad performed.

The delivery of my washing machine was excellent. They checked and installed my connections. They then took the time to explain how the washing machine worked. They then started a quick cycle to make sure it was working properly.

Very quick and efficient, I had no problems. Very curious.

Our delivery was on time on the day it was scheduled. The delivery guy called me 30 mins prior to him arriving to my home. They were very polite and respectful. They ask is there anything they can assist with.

Delivery company called me prior to arrival and arrived when they said they would. They took out old refrigerator and installed new one quickly and efficiently. Since our old model was very similar to new aside from the handles, they adjusted to install our old handles on the new fridge so our kitchen appliances still looked the same.

Elite installation is the best!!!! Stacy called early the day before to confirm delivery window which I really appreciated. Also provided a contact number. Installers were excellent also. They were able to come early and called to check if that would work for me. Would love if Best Buy always used them.

Our Home Delivery went above and beyond, he communicated well and saw the delivery thru when he could have rescheduled because of some unforeseen delays he had no control over. Professional, knowledgeable and overall smooth delivery and install.

He showed up on time, was very kind and helpful, and very prompt in getting our new dryer installed. I hope this reaches somebody, since I never got the email from Best Buy for the official review, but Arturo was a great help, and should definitely be recognized for his incredible work ethic! Delivery people very efficient and knowledgable and polite and complete

Amazing Service, friendly and kind employees, right on time, and went above and beyond to make it fit just at the right angle due to my fridge sticking out and blocking the opening.

Delivery team was prompt, polite and careful when delivering my TV to my home. Was definitely the way to go rather than renting a U HAUL to bring my tv home. Seamless delivery, would definitely use again in the future.
