Well, before they came in, I was very worried how good they'll install, etc. They came in on time, and I was watching them very carefully. They're too good at their job, craftsmanship, etc. Very conveniently they installed and ensured it is placed perfect centre of the allocated space on the fireplace-with-soft-expensive-tiles. They clearly explained how to operate the mounting appliance and how not to mishandle, etc. I was sure we did a good job opting for service from BestBuy.

Product appears to be just fine. I forgot about how the door opens and it is reverse from what I need. The delivering guy indicated it could not be changed, but it obviously has been equipped to open either way. The only negative feature. How do I go about getting it changed?

Best Delivery drivers out there! no other retailer was able to take the items up the stairs. Everyone else gave me fake excuses that the unit was too big for the hallway and door opening!! pshh... Best buy delivery drivers came and they did not put any excuse and immediately started taking the units to the apartment. Thanks!!

Home delivery of major applianes is great. Received a message of 4 hour delivery window, and the next morning received a call 1 hour before arrival. Delivery was faultless.
