Great delivery

I received a very reasonable window of time for delivery, and a call when they neared. I misunderstood one thing, though; I thought it was unbox and setup as well. It's rather large; don't set up or handle on your own!

No surprises delivery

I received a couple calls letting me know exactly when the refrigerator would arrive. That was huge as I was moving my furniture from storage to my new home. I can't say enough how nice it was to be treated so well.

They checked my devices before they left to make sure that they worked. It asked me did I have any questions or concerns which I didn’t.

Perfect Solution.

The customer service representative was very very pleasant I wish I had asked or noticed his name . I had a problem with my purchase. The CSR resolved it in a manner that was just great. Thanks Best Buy for people who care about people not just their paycheck

Home delivery was great and also terrible

On time. Professional. Friendly guys. I also had a stove part delievered to my house that was an absolute pain (apparently the best buy delivery process insisted on treating my stove grate as if it were an entire stove needing installation). Kind of a pain to go through all of that for what shouldve always been just a package left at the front door.) Review is the average of the 2 deliveries.

Home delivery

I’m not sure if it was a delivery issue, or was just like that in the box already. But other than that no issues with the delivery of the other two TVs. Would get home delivery again as it’s very convenient

My favorite keyboard. Basic but a workhorse
