Delivery was awesome. Ordered a washer and dryer. It rained on my scheduled delivery date but the delivery team still took the time to unbox everything and place to allow for an easy setup on my end.

My Samsung 70" TV was delivered exactly within the window in-which they promised, and they gave me a call ahead of time to let me know approximately when they'd be there so I could put my dogs in the yard and clear some space in the front hall. Great service, no surprises. Loved it.

Best Buy has great delivery services. Whether they are dropping off six 10 cubic foot refrigerators or sending 3 tvs with UPS everything arrives in good shape and faster then I could get a day to drive 100 miles to pick anything up.

The freezer we purchased is working great. Delivery was the issue. Had delivery issue. Window was 9am -1pm. Got a call at 10:15 telling me they did not have my purchased freezer in stock at the warehouse, had to wait 2 more weeks. Couldn't help me at all. I called Best buy to learn that there was no local phone numer, no way to contact the store I purchased from. After a fe minute the rep I was talking to looked into my issue and was able to mov eup my new delivery a week early.

I buy most of my appliances from Best Buy. That was not always the case, I purchased a refrigerator once from Home Depot, the guys who came to deliver would not connect the water line to the refrigerator unless I gave them $50. When I questioned them on it, they became aggressive and came up with all kinds of reasoning on why they would not touch the refrigerator anymore but just leave it in the room and leave. I gave in and paid them so I could be done with the night mare. While they were leaving they asked me to make sure I gave them a good review. I couldn’t believe it. Contrast that experience with Best Buy and will find professional folks doing a good job in delivery and installation and act like decent human being’s. This alone is the reason why I buy my appliances from Best Buy.

Always on time, sometimes earlier, one time late 40 minutes due to Shore Traffic backup which is a nightmare always. Provided guys with a burger off the grill and sodas before leaving. I was their last stop. i have had deliveries in 3 separate homes.
