I'm extremely satisfied with my Best Buy delivery! The package arrived earlier than expected, in perfect condition, and the tracking updates were very accurate. Seamless experience from start to finish.

Best Buy's home delivery contractors are prompt, fast, courteous and expert installers. Their dispatch follows up with a call to check to see if you're satisfied and/or offers to have installers come back same day to correct any issues.

The individual who delivered our Samsung Washer/Dryer was very professional and polite. We paid for installation as well and he did a great job. There was no damage to either item and they arrived on time. Due to disabilities, we are unable to move or install large or heavy items. Should we need Best Buy's Home Delivery in the future we would not hesitate at all. Great value, great service, great installation. Overall excellent service.

The delivery crew was on time, friendly, careful with my new refrigerator and efficient with installation. They made sure the water connection was hooked up and that all systems were running properly.

This is the second time having an appliance delivered from Best Buy. TOP NOTCH service. Each time, the delivery people have been prompt, efficient, and professional. We've had deliveries from other big box type stores and almost always have some sort of issue....but not with Best Buy!

The delivery drivers were friendly and very helpful for our delivery. Once they unloaded the freezer from the truck, they took the freezer out of the box and hooked it up in my garage. They were fast and clean up after themselves. Thank you, for your service!

The only knock on the delivery was the communication from their home office. Not professional or easy to ask questions. I can only assume that they've dealt with poor customers, but that's not us.
