Wonderful delivery workers! So respectful, clean, and on time - couldn’t be better! I got another appliance from Home Depot - messed up my delivery twice didn’t get it for three weeks don’t ever buy from them!

The Delivery Men were very good. They were creative in delivering a difficult placement of the refrigerator.

I had a great experience with the customer service representative that took out time to get me the best deal possible on a bundle set and free installation. The visit was very detailed oriented with all information explained and clarified to help me make the best decision. This young man definitely knows how to do his job with great customer satisfaction.

The home delivery was great. He called me 30mins before they arrived. They were fast and very professional. He asked me what plug i ordered and i told him the wrong one but he doubled checked just to make sure, and im glad he did, i was wrong. I almost got a 3 prong.

The delivery drivers were nice, but they didn't do much talking besides the initial introduction. They were pretty fast with removing the old washer and dryer, but they did leave a trail of water through our house that we ended up needing to clean.

The fridge is awesome I can recommend anyone wanting to buy the same. It operates well no issue to complain about it .

Our stackible washer and dryer where timely delivered to our home, but not installed. Our contractor finished the new laundry room two months later and assured us he could install the washer/dryer. Boy was he wrong. (Failed to remove the shipping bolts in the back of the washer.) We called the Best Buy install team. They were in the area and arrived within an hour. Identified the problem immediately, pull out the units, fixed the problem, and put them back in. NO CHARGE. We will now not shop anywhere without checking out Best Buy first.

Communication was good. Delivered and removed packaging. They missed removing some packaging on the interior but I had an opportunity to make sure i was happy with it but didn’t check very well. Definitely make sure your check fully before signing. Would use again.

Delivery was on time and we were made aware of their location prior to delivery.
