The service with the Geek Squad was impeccable. Our refrigerator was delivered timely as promised. The squad was professional and the expertise of the set up was flawless. The handbook, warranty books and other information were provided. We were given the opportunity to ask any questions concerning our refrigerator. The installation went smoothly.

The crew that came out handled my delivery and install with expertise and were quick. They hauled away my old dryer as well. Were really kind made sure everything was setup up correctly, tested the unit and offered to explain if I had any questions.

The delivery crew were on time, completely professional and efficient!

The delivery/installers, were quick and efficient. It only took them about 20 minutes to move out the old washer and dryer and get the new ones installed and operating. Did a great job on the install They turned each unit on to make sure it worked, turning off the dryer, but put the washer on a long cycle and left it running. They left and said if there was any problem to call Best Buy. They HOWEVER did not wait to see if it drained properly, and when it came to the draining of the water, it poured out of the drain and flooded my garage. Luckily these were not in the house. That is the reason for the 4 star review. I called Best Buy only to find out they do not have someone to come out right away to determine the problem, and the first appointment would have been 4 days away. I had to call my plumber.

The guys that delivered my tv were on time and nice, but as a single disabled vet i was disappointed that they wouldn't help with lifting after it was inside the house, but i get how nervous everyone is with being held responsible for anything that could go wrong.

Ordered massage chair. Very good communication from the delivery team before and on the day of delivery. Dropped off the large box exactly where I wanted inside my house. Nice and smooth delivery!
