Which kind of raise my eyebrows because why would you be talking about a purchase that a customer has bought for their family? I just thought that that was kind of rude. overall the product is being joyed for now we’re going to give it a test run!

Outstanding, Highly Recommend!

Very professional, efficient, tidy and considerate. They arrived exactly when they said they would too. Also very conscientious and followed proper COVID protocols.

No additional charge if first delivery is missed

Delivery was on time both attempts I was just not awake when they arrived the first time.

Buyer Beware

Best Buy refuses to take responsibility and forces you to work with the manufacturer until your return window closes. Then after your return window closes they tell you to pound sand. Do not recommend.

Quick and Easy Delivery

They wiped their feet and placed the TV exactly where I asked them to. They were in/out in less than 3 minutes.

The installers were knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information about my new purchases.
