So far my printer is working good and the print quality is good

I gave the printer 3 stars because it took me approximately 2 weeks to set up wirelessly. I checked with the geek squad and they were not helpful.. Hopefully, my review will help you. Although I followed the videos on the internet, the printer still would not connect. I finally placed the printer by my main router and Walla! it was found. Save yourself the trouble, place the printer by your main router. Turn it on. Press the information button until all lights blink. Then press wifi button and cancel button "x" at the same time. when all of the lights go off it will be in set up mode. Hint already have the app open and ready to find the printer before following these steps. Why could it not be spelled out that simply. The printer is nice and I bought it on sale. However, for the novice tech geek, it is most challenging to connect wirelessly. i have had other wireless printers and the connection for wireless was seamless. I hope this helps. I am glad I don't have to return. However, if I had known it would be this difficult, I might have purchased a cannon.

Compact and affordable, this all in one wireless print/copy/ scanner was perfect! The Eco-tank ink system is a definitely plus, cutting down on unnecessary trash. Printer itself is efficient and quiet. Speed is mid-range, quality excellent.

I like the HP Smart Tank 6001 as a printer. Purchase in Aug 2024 with a extended warranty. In Aug 2025 quite working and took back to Best Buy and was told they don't work on them. Purchased a new one and I have 1 issue. within a years time it shouldn't cost $108.00+ to purchase a new one. I understand the new warranty but not the cost in increase in the printer. Personnel that I dealth with were outstanding.

Like the ink tank. No more ink cartridges. Set up was not to bad using HP app.

The pros are that it prints quickly & double-sided, & uses less ink. The CONS are difficult setting up, constantly disconnects from wifi (not a problem with other printers in the home), MUST use HP Smart app to scan anything as the few buttons & tiny screen do not provide any instruction, it will cancel any job mid-progress if you leave that window.

Great printer and easy to use. It was very simple to set up. I I would recommend it to anyone to buy.

The absolute best printer I have ever bought and I have bought many. The ink last a really long time. Cheaper to use… sets up very easy… it does a great job. Even on pictures. You can see your ink levels from the front…I love it.

This item is still in the box. I'm to install it tomorrow. However, sales at Best Buy highly pushed this "Smart Tank" type printer. So, with that said...I purchased it. I'm at the register to pay and asked about the 2 years of ink that's included and was told that what's in the box should last me 2 years. Basically, I'm not going to be getting any "free" ink in case it does not last! I'm a Best Buy purchaser. Never even thought about purchasing from any other computer store. From TV's, Laptops, Printers, Desktops, and all the gadgets that go with those, etc. I'm hoping & Praying this will make me happy. I've also always had the Geek Squad but I've canceled that. I called to use GS 3 different times but was told they don't work on the item in question any longer...that it costs more to fix it then to purchase a new one. Can't say I'm as happy with Best Buy today as I was 8 years ago...something's changed and not for the better. I still go there but more cautious in purchases now.

ONCE I GOT IT TO WORK ON WINDOWS 7 I FOUND OUT THIS PRINTER IS GREAT. THE EPSON I HAD DID NOT HAVE A PAPER FEEDER LIKE THIS AND WOULD JAM UP A LOT. THIS ONE NEVER JAMS. I LOVE IT

Great printer for a home study or office. Easy to set up, fill or refill ink. This printer offers a good quailty printed document. Highly recommend looking at this printer for price, quality, and ease of use.

This printer was so simple to set up to my network and it has never dropped offline since it was set up. Unlike the previous printers I had. The printed page is clear with color or in black and white. It's a fast process.

Happy with my purchase . But it's been only one month. --Mostly Good and a little bad... -A little slow print-per-page speed, but.. -Fast response to start printing. - Depending on font style, pint quality is close to laser , better than typical inkjet, at least to me. -Color prints are vibrant A setup online avg. Setup per device very fast! -Easy ink tank filling - Good mid-grade home printer, so far, good value for first month of use.

Easy to set up and connected right away. The tank system is easy to fill and refills are really inexpensive.

I just absolutely love this printer. I have had very few if any issues with it. the initial ink has lasted 13 months now. The prints are very professional looking. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new printer.

The printer hás great quality, with all the features I wanted (auto feed with a good amount of paper, double sided printing, easy to set up, and fantastic ink supply life). I would highly recommend it, especially if you print a lot of color documents or pictures.

Its good for what you pay for and impression looks good but sometimes it does not want to print and you have to turn it off/on and then it works.

A little pricey for not having a document feeder but that's my only complaint. Otherwise it prints well and fairly fast. Another benefit is it works on doula band wifi-a failing that many HPs had till recently which is a pain with some mesh routers.
